i'm using bootstrap(http://www.getbootstrap.com) along angularjs development. question pretty straightforward : there anyway can make reference css once in angularjs project , have persist across pages? or need add in header of each view create?

gcc - MinGW's ld cannot perform PE operations on non PE output file -
