excel - PowerPivot relations -


i'm trying build pivot table out of 4 tables have loaded in powerpivot. information in rows of pivot this: region account products

one of tables has forecasted values 4 quarters each region when add sum values repeats entire number each product want total. there way fix without having change color of font white hide it?enter image description here

without more info can't sure, looks have not set model support quarterly forecast measures in powerpivot. work, there needs one-to-many relationships between identifying fields in each table.

powerdax answered based on assumption intended quarterly forecast roll region because phrased you're question indicate forecast data @ regional granularity.

if forecast data in 1 fact table, , ext_sell_price in another, need set dimension tables each containing unique lists of members of each field using slice , dice report (looks end user region, child customer, forecast product name). relate you're fact tables (tables contain you're actual data) these , put dimension table fields in rows area of pivot table. measures have way of understanding how relate rows being applied to.
