not, shouldn't, there no wikidata page titled "kevin bacon". wikidata page containing information actor kevin bacon https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/q3454165.

this means api query https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=query&titles=q3454165 return something (specifically, page id). without knowing want, it's hard further, though it's the wikidata-specific api methods want, instead of action=query.
