how post overlay , hashtags on instagram rails web application sharing on other social media?

i want post photos , video advertisement on instagram.

if posts set public, can add hashtags photos , videos. 1 on screen see after choosing filter, type hashtag in caption field (ex: #flower). 2 if want tag post you've uploaded, edit caption or include #hashtag in comment on photo.

if want gain popularity on instagram, can buy instagram followers reliable instagram marketing service providers. increase instagram account visibility , make images , videos posts more discoverable.
