cordova - Ionic can't emulate or run -


i try generate application, i've probleme , don't know do.. try emulate/run on android i've error message:

failure build failed exception

could not resolve dependencies configuration ':classpath'

failed list versions com.android.tools.build:gradle

"connection https://repo1.maven.org" refused

if have idea fixe problem, me! :(

the error message pretty clear: builder can't access host. resolve try following.

  • verify internet connection
  • make sure not behind proxy if please read this
  • try run ping repo1.maven.org or host repo1.maven.org

gcc - MinGW's ld cannot perform PE operations on non PE output file -
