when try set configuration libusb_set_configuration after performing libusb_set_auto_detach_kernel_driver getting following error below. can tell me how able rectify issue below?

error:- kernel driver detached successfully. failed set configuration, error: libusb_transfer_error

gcc - MinGW's ld cannot perform PE operations on non PE output file -
