Ping, HTTP Failure between Windows XP and Android -


i have web application running on development machine windows xp machine. i'm trying access url android phone chrome browser, failing err_address_unreachable . both devices on same wifi having ips x.x.x.102 , x.x.x.103

i'm unable ping both ips each other.

surprisingly, have ubuntu server(x.x.x.101) on same network on i'm able ping both ips , access web application running on windows xp machine. can please let me know how go debugging seems networking issue.

gcc - MinGW's ld cannot perform PE operations on non PE output file -
